Where does the money go? As much as possible, the money will actually go back to the contributors. We are approaching this under the statutes of anti-SLAPP. That is to say, we are certain that this falls under the province of a "Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation", whereby a company seeks to bury its critics under a barrage of legal fees, rather than the merits of its own case.

When we prevail, we shall be entitled to recompense of all legal fees encountered throughout this dubious action. To that end, we shall return, to our fullest extent, all donations made by our contributors.

Note that this is not a solicitation. I am merely attempting, as best I can, to explain any details of the action described by the gracious, and generous, yet unaffiliated third-party who started this thread.

I would like to thank Ray Jay Johnson for pointing out this thread to all the members of Raging Bull. ragingbull.com Without his help, many people might not learn of our endeavours. They might never read this board and find the true postings of the matter. For his unending help towards bringing people to the Webnode LDF, we say, “Thanks, Ray Jay!!”
