Whether the crime statistics in Florida come from the police is totally irrelevant to their actual meaning. Did you actually read my post discussing all the variables that go into overall gun death statistics? It does not seem from your simplistic response that you did.

If you think that a right-wing statist type government could not only suddenly appear out of nowhere in America at the end of the twentieth century, take over, and still not have the military might to overcome armed, individual citizens, then you are not thinking logically.

In any event, it is MUCH more likely that sweet and innocent civilians like me and my family will be somehow injured or killed by guns.
