On the banking alliance, My thought is that there will be more than one bank, Maybe 3 or 4 or more. This may be why it is taking so long to set up. I think It will all depend on where you live just like the Freight forwarders. ProNetLink has this set up where the closest one will contact you when you make a deal and need to set up shipping.

This is all IMO of course.
