Buyer beware. You are not buying because of the technology on those
two companies. Your buying press releases. Vancouver BB stocks are
known for their fraud; and how would you know if either of these two
would be any different ? At best they are VAR's like campus and safari. Remember that in order to be a CCUR var you had to buy a
mediahawk. SEAC stock did not get any boost as a result of this sale
to USVO. And I wonder if SEAC was paid in advance or not.
As long as you are in that arena add FLYT, TNCX, CLRT, FTRK, and UVEW.
CLRT is merging with FTRK and will be delisted shortly.
FLYT owns about 60% of TNCX. UVEW might make a go of it; just can't
depend on stock price stability.
Good luck with the day traders.

We could really use a press release from CCUR before July 1st to
sustain the $6 level. Otherwise it will be a long wait until the
end-of-year numbers are released with figures on VOD sales.
As long as the Cable Companies are silent.
