Linden, If they halted it again, then they sure didn't announce it or take it off Instinet until well after Schwab told you it was halted again. Shares were trading right up until and shortly after the market closed. The last print I saw was five minutes after 4, EST. Some 45 minutes after you made you initial query about it on this board.
Let me give you all a "reality check". Musolino did not put in a couple of more million dollars, making him the largest shareholder in the Company, AFTER the halt, thereby bringing the company's net cash position to over $3 million as it sits now, just to watch the company go away. You don't create a ten digit net worth by making investments without doing your home work. As can be seen by his address of his 13d, the SAS sub is located in his home town. His shares are all restricted with or without the halt. The SEC might be able to halt the stock, but they can't halt the Company, or take away its destiny.
This company will either trade again legitimately, or it will be bought out. Either way the existing shareholders will do very well. |
