Harbour Petroleum - be careful You really want to be careful with this one. What I see as a real concern is the management ( or lack of )of the company. Staff are leaving as soon as they can find something else and the only ones really left are the ones who essentially started the company. There is continual disagreement between the managers and I fell that it is just a matter of time before they self destruct. It's been a long slide from $4 per share and they aren't finished yet.
