I have been away on my rubber boat sailing arround the Mediterranean, taking advantage
of the quite before the crowd come in. I have been following the Kosovo closely and I think I have reached a conclusion. President
Clinton has made US foreign policy a hostage of Russia!
Just imagine, US has paid Russian 18 billion dollars in aid in the past 9 years, and what we have in Russia? An enemy! They take advantage of every opportunity to make the US look bad, siding with
Chinese, or whoever else they can. They have used the US money to
rebuild their military, and black mail the US. Just look how they did
in Kosovo. As I have said repatedly in my posts, they are not to be trusted. Russians must accept the fact that they are now a thrid world
nation, and not a supper power. This admistartion has been talking
about partnership with Russians??? What kind of partnership can one
make with they begger that he meets every morning before going to
the office? You give him handouts, but you don't call him a partner!
US in the process of making Yeltisn look good for the next elections,
gave Russians allowed them to get in from the back door!!
I know that you may have mixed feeling about Russians and I can
understand that, but believe me, time has come that US has to isolate
them and keep them on the tight leash.
