Even if it doesn't disappear in a flash, which could happen for a number of reasons, nobody is going to make a triple on a stock like this one.
When it was halted, this stock had a market cap of something like $200 M. Taking into account newly-issued restricted shares, the effective market cap is much higher.
All of that market cap is for a company that is just a hodge-podge of a few lousy little companies, acquired cheaply, whose business prospects range from insignificant to something that the SEC seems to suspect to be fraudulent. It was put together by people who made an appearance of manipulating stocks & embezzling funds, and it is promoted by low-lifes.
Remember, Percarrie, you were disciplined by the NASD for ripping off small investors. No small investor should think, even for a second, that you are telling them something that serves their interests, rather than yours. |
