CMGI won't sell its prized portal because AV can't replace it. But AV as part of the LCOS portal gives superior searching capabilities.

That's where we disagree. I think if CMGI buys AV they intend to develop it into their prized portal. You don't spend 3 BILLION dollars to improve search capabilities.
