Good morning Del,

At a very high level there is no real competition between our technology and low earth orbiting satellites (LEOs). Our technology is a transmission technology that could be incorporated into LEOs. For the rest of this post, I will compare our current products to LEOs.

Low earth orbiting satellites are an excellent idea but I think it is too early in the technology development. For LEOs to be economically viable, a number of new technologies have to be perfected. I think that, in the short term, they are going to be too expensive to operate and will not have the reach to consumers.

The recent difficulties that Iridium of Motorola and others are possibly an indication of things to come for other LEO projects. We also heard recently that Motorola is having second thoughts about its involvement in other LEO projects.

Our technology is real, is available now, and is already economical for business applications. Volume manufacturing will lead to lower prices that make it economical for consumer applications.

Finally, I think that LEOs will not have an easy time with mobile users. Our products can be ideal for mobile users.

Thanks for your interest.

Hatim
