IP telephony systems permit the simultaneous transmission of voice, fax and data over the Internet and similar communications networks. Offering Type: IPO Offering Size: 4,000,000 shares of common stock; all by the Company; Use of Proceeds: The Company expects to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes; including increased research and development, sales and marketing, and general and administrative expenditures. The Company may also use a portion of the proceeds for acquisitions of products and technologies or for strategic alliances. Price: $13.00 - $15.00M Expected Date: The offering is expected to take place on or about June 30th, 1999. ------------- $13-15?????? HUMPH! I know a current internet telephony company with shares to be had for $10! <g> Anyway...I guess curiosity only gets a person in trouble...or upset. It's just that if the IPO brings that price; a current company that has already accomplished all this one plans on doing "ONCE" they get the funds, should be worth far more than 1.16. Perhaps we should advertise as a "Strategic Alliance". <g> Ok...back to your Sunday.
