here's some info on how poorly J.P. Turner's offerings perform, after they begin trading.

I went to ipocentral.com, and searched for all of Turner's recent offerings. This turned up exactly four deals:

Dectron Internationale Inc. (DECT) Plumbing & HVAC Equipment
Jacksonville Bancorp, Inc. (JAXBC) Banking - Southeast
Rosedale Decorative Products Ltd. (ROSD) Textile Manufacturing
Town Pages Net.com plc (TPN) Internet & Online Content Providers

Three of these have started trading. The companies are all based in Canada or England.

The largest is TPN. Turner did a $20 M IPO for them. The others are smaller. Which makes me wonder about how realistic it is for INTR to raise $75 M, through an offering underwritten by Turner.

Click the following link to see the charts for all three:

They do tend to go down a bit, don't they?

I wonder if the best way to play this is to wait for the offering, and then short the spinoff.
