Bill Gates so dominates MSFT that for us to understand what he wants/hopes/expects to get out of the trial we would have to think like him. If we could think that way we might be billionaires too <<gg>>. As it is, not having his brains, it's hard to make sense out of the trial. At times MSFT seems to be in a state of denial. MSFT is Gate's baby, and even the smartest people have been known to be emotional about their children.
