you also asked "what is palmapp", but then you answered your own question... that it is a macro. sorry that i don't know either what kind of macro. you also asked, "do i want to save changes to palmapp"? probably not. from what i can gather from your posts, you probably don't even want to be in palmapps. why not just open another doc and work there?

regarding virus infection warnings, i'd take that seriously. what virus software are you scanning with?
