The challenge facing MTi is how to 'right size' the company without causing all the remaining staff to walk out ! Mr Edison must go a long way to gain the support of the staff he wants to keep. Share options aren't likely to be well received and he can't promise cash he hasn't yet got. I did invest in the staff share scheme although as far as I know that money was not actually converted to shares but put into some sort of holding fund. Something will survive though it may not be suit all parties. As for the customers .. send us your comments guys.
