We didn't respond to the offer on the house you are talking about. Mulling it over. I think the offer to replace the roof, furnace and water heater is generous, I forgot to add that instead of putting carpet in the wreck room he'd put hardwood, because we said we already have a washer and a drier so he doesn't have to get new ones, but I don't understand why he would rather do that himself instead of lowering the price. He did have another open house today, we were driving around in the neighborhood, went to three other open houses, but we didn't go to that one. Thinking it over.
