I have a full service broker and may short IPOs three days or so after IPO date, depending on availability of shares to borrow. Also may short BBs and stocks under $5 in my account. My commissions of course, are high for this privilege. When shorting IPOs this fall, I meant ones that have debut anytime this year. IMO, there will be some weakness with new issues that are still too overvalued.
