Thomas again I will repeat myself. I would very much appreciate a proper response to my challenge. You are more than welcome to ask questions after the first part of the challenge is completed. You stated to RD that you are still working on the rest of your responses to my facts. Tom, please, understand, only thing I want to see is the results of your hard work in 1 post stating all the negative facts you have uncovered.

This is an example of how not to pay attention. From your post.

My fact that you copied to your post was:

1)>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Revenues have shown positive increase for 5 successive quarters culminating with this last Q. I quote Frank Peters "On April 30, 1999 we filed our 10Q for the March quarter. Sales for the quarter were $4,270,000. Net income was $382,000. Earnings per share were $.02"
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Your response was as follows:

I think it is safe to assume the bulk of revenues reported was from usat and jm best ? My opinion on those customers to follow.

Thomas no disrespect but assume? I ran my thesaurus on the word "FACT" and low and behold assume was not there.

As for your opinion Thomas at this point is of no interest to me.

In the interest of fairness to the reader that is trying to do DD. I offer any person who feels that they have reason to be negative or for that matter even just worried to post the fact they are concerned about here to establish a balance. My goal is to build a pro and neg list that we as investors can refer back to for future discussions.

I see where Mr. Harvey for example is concerned about Franks shares and options. Fine, post it as a negative fact to the list. IMO Mr. Harvey your post was a tad sarcastic. If I am incorrect, I do apologize. Fact is your point is worth a closer look. It has merit to be added to the negative list.

I think this is a healthy approach. I hope you all agree
