TXN issued an announcement last week that the Libit acquisition should be completed by July 1:

Anybody have any thoughts on how this might affect BRCM's dominance in its field? It seems to me that BRCM's market and the relationships it has cultivated with its big customers might be rather difficult to break into, but not impossible, and TXN may just be one of the few who could do it.

Anybody else?
