Gene,
That IS good news. I'd like to add to my ALAN holdings myself but have to wait until I can free up some cash. I hope that ALAN's price stays down until the first week in April. (By then I can free up some cash by selling the front end of a position in another stock that I averaged down on. I have to wait to take the tax loss instead of the wash sale.)

At any rate, I visited the WalMart in Marietta, OH again. I added 26 cents to ALAN's revenues by getting an order of Chicken Nuggets and French Fries. I wanted to try the poppers but the lady behind the counter said that they were having trouble getting them in (don't know if that meant that it was purely a supply problem of if they were selling out right away). There were about 4 Sgt. Fry orders placed during the 20 minutes that I hung out in the food court (and this was mid-afternoon on Monday). The fried stuff seemed to be popular with the sales clerks that were taking their breaks.
The poster with the female gun slinger was gone. If I remember correctly, the new slogan is "Rock your appetite" or something like that. The fries were very good, the nuggets were still good. And it only takes about a minute or so to get your food fresh from the fryer. There are other things available in the "Radio Grill" (such as hamburgers, etc) that are apparently not related to Fry Guy. But all of the Sgt. Fry items are listed under the "Specialties" section on the menu on the back wall.
I'd love to stop by at about lunch time on Saturday to see what kind of traffic we're getting.
