Being a minor is another defense. It is used so often now, that lawmakers and citizens want to hold parents accountable for the actions of their children. That should quail illegal activities by minors. Parents will be forced to open a can of whoopass and spoon feed it to naughty children. What does your peer group think of parental responsibility? My views are mixed on the subject. Depends on how serious the crime is.
