Management Team Establishes Objectives and Goals
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 25, 1999--Crys-Tel(OTC BB:CYSS) Crys-Tel Telecommunications.com. Inc., (OTC BB:CYSS-NEWS) New management team, under the leadership of CEO Dr. Lorenzo Musa, has molidified their new objectives and goals.
OBJECTIVE
To build an international telecommunications company that transports voice, fax, data and video. The new network will be utilizing the latest methods of Internet Protocol (IP) Telephony and available alternatives in the current network environments.
IMMEDIATE GOAL
Crys-Tel will build a network capable of controlling and transporting multimedia services including, but not limited to data, fax, voice and video. Management plans to support the network through a combination of revenues and investment capital. Revenues will be sustained through the sale of the following products in the international marketplace:
-- Pre-paid calling cards
-- International Callback
-- IP Telephony peering
-- Wholesale services on selected routes
-- Retail International long distance services
-- Wireless International long distance services
-- International fax services
-- Internet and data access services
New management is currently in negotiations with existing network providers to develop strategic alliances toward the immediate recognition of revenue.

Since graduating with a degree in mathematics from Monmouth University, Mr. Pacilio worked as a stockbroker with such firms as Merrill Lynch, Drexel Burnham and AG Becker/SG Warburg. For five years he held the position of vice-president with Shearson Lehman American Express.
In 1988 he started RJP and Associates, a firm designed to provide venture capital for emerging small cap publicly traded companies. For the last eleven years his company has been instrumental in providing capital to several corporations pursuing the public marketplace.
Mr. Pacilio will be retaining a position on the board of directors. |
