I know the arguments about AV being a declining portion of dclk's revenues and there being a 3-year agreement to maintain the current AV/dclk arrangement, but cmgi buying AV will certainly impact dclk's stock price short-term, and is certainly something of a revenue loss for dclk long-term. (In case you don't know, cmgi's Adsmart and perhaps it's MSGI compete against dclk. Thus, given cmgi's keiritsu (sp?) approach, they would use Adsmart and/or MSGI instead of AV when they get the chance.)

Given that I am finding lots of reasons to increase my positions in gnet, but still want to remain cash-positive, if I can find an FA reason to sell a stock, I will jump at the chance. dclk is such as stock for me, as were etys and ebay recently.
