For a net distribution of 12 million shares. Sarmad, thanks. I missed lots of posts lately but I remember that you said that "you intend to hold your current Amzn shares until X'mas..." But why? You will not meet the 12 months requirement; and holding them thru Oct is sorta un-thinkable to me. If there is a July e-run, then you really should sell...if there is no July e-run, then there will be a black Oct/Nov...
