Before time gets too far away from Thursday, I just wanted to set
the record straight with respect to a comment in reply #625 made on
Thursday, Jun 24 1999 11:38AM ET.

The information provided in the June 11 1999 press release from
Com21 regarding the expansion of the advisory board is accurate
and complete with respect to my change in relationship with Com21.
Specifically, I was not fired nor did my change in relationship
have anything to do with the company's DOCSIS certification
activities.
