The good reason is the company goes very close to bankruptcy without it. Simple as that. Even with it the book value remains near a buck for a year disregarding any hiccup in the revenue plan. Keep the faith.. WSTL needs investors with LT in mind to keep it floating at 7 ( oops, 6).
