Haven't heard of a thing. Figure the bankruptsy court is still trying to figure it out. Thought by now they would come with a ruling. Looks as thought the state will be stuck with the plugging costs. They will try to sell them for pennies on the dollar to try to raise some money. My sympathy to Califtalk. I think he got into more than he bargained for. The 300 wells were probably taken over for plugging liability to just promote some line of BS. The swabbing units were a joke. About the only thing of worth they had was the wells in the Big Foot field.

Makes me wonder where Steve the swabber salesman is? Haven't heard of him in quite a while.
