Well, of course, the ACLU has opposed organized prayer in the schools, maintaining it would violate 1st Amendment rights. Michael would not approve of their stand on that question. But on other questions (e.g., the 1st amendment rights of cross burners) it has taken a stance that I should think he would approve of. So, you win a few, you lose a few. :-)
