Bank Brussels Lambert increases stake in Vysya Bank vysbank.net Date: 6/26/99 10:53:33 AM Bank Brussels Lambert, a part of the ING Group, has increased its stake in Vysya Bank from 10% to 20%. Vysya Bank would allot 2.2 mil shares at Rs 150 each on a preferential basis. The stock closed at Rs 110 yesterday.
