Kramer, I agree with you that the big benefit here will be reduced legal fees and ability to focus on business instead of court crap. If I am NEOG, I'm going to say half a million is not enough but would probably settle for it just to get done. I have owned this stuff for about 4 months, and bought after limited research. What do you think is a legit EPS target? Although I don't know what the following for this stock is, I do expect some upwards movement this morning- maybe .5 to $1.
