mornin all ,

amoung all of our complaints
arthurs willingness to tack
around the chaos of disinformation
that appears without warning in the juniors surely isn`t a problem ,
arthur still has all of his shares ,
he didn`t cash any during the sustained $1.30 period ,
as for giglio my research turned up 1 mill sold at $1.10 ,
the same price that the previous financing to nat-west was done at ,
i know that there is a rumor that the 1 mill was thrown on the market at market value and that caused the price to drop .30 cents
but please do your own insider search ,
mine turned up a single lot sale at $1.10 . considering that at the time gig had aprox 16 million shares with another 60 on the way it didn`t trouble my confidence ,
what bsw has been through has been a massive acheivement
considering the players involved and the cash on hand at the time of the original hand shake (when arthur and gig first met )
if you need current info then please call or e-mail i.r (richard) and request the promotion pack that was handed out at the show ,
i have and as soon as i get it i`ll make a full evaluation of it here,
again not being at the table durning the deal makeing its easy to be critical of the methodology that appeared to be in play,
but it isn`t fair to our selves to stretch our dissatisfaction
from not getting news on the goings on of the deals in progress to ruining the charactor of arhtur
who has indeed proven ( to the risk capital community ) that he is a man of integrity and also a talented professional in his field ,
were not the only ones that can count how many shres are outstanding, how many ounces have been proven ,
what the size of the strike zone is ,
the bean counters of the risk capital providers have very sharp pencils and are more eager to protect their own reputations by saying no to a project if the numbers don`t add up .
i`m not advocating that we don`t complain
if were unhappy but i hope that the focus of our anger is indeed on the source of our outrage and contained to it .
if anyone knows why we shouldn`t trust arthur then please put the facts on the table otherwise please treat his reputation as you would have others treat your own .
it may be said that money raised from a single source regardless of the amount is nothing short of a gambling stake ,
but when a financing package such as what has been done for our swanny
is put together it does to my mind add some confidence ,
my policy with respect to our swanny is to limit my enthusiasm to the "in my face facts" and the bottom line here in the juniors is trust ,
everyone that advocates a company in the juniors claims to have some info from someone that they trust
that is either in the co. or knows someone that knows someone but is totally trustworthy ,etc
if nothing else we do have a man we can trust in arthur ,
as for the rest i`m afraid that horrible word that we have all come to dislike so much "patience".
in conclusion i`d like to give arthur a good swift kick in the ass right now
just as would most of us for not protecting our shareprice
with more timely activity reports
and a more agressive exploration approach to cata preta
and the lack of promotional activity ,
but my feelings tell me that the winds of change are upon us
and that arthur has rigged our swanny with fine new sails
including a pair of spinnakers that will indeed make the upcomeing ride a pleasure .
regards
mikey
