To All IRA ECNC Shareholders, In order to qualify for the warrant dividend, you will need to send a copy of your broker statement to ECNC for the end of May 31 to show that you owned ECNC stock on June 1 or a confirmation statement if you bought the stock on June 1. You will also need to sent a broker's statement ended August 31 and a transaction journal showing that the stock in the account until September 1 and was not sold and rebought.
