25% - 30% annually .. man, I make that in a day and that is a fair day. Lets see on a $10,000.00 investment with an annual return of 50% (please note I doubled your figure) that is 5,000 a year or only a mere $416.00 a month ... Good Grief I make that much a day without trying.
