But I'm afraid only those who can look past a company's growth rate to the fundamentals of its business get it. Nacchio may be a little slow on the trigger, but is making the brave and smart move and as such he can't afford to lose, which will most probably result in even further erosion of the stock price.

In the context you've described one should easily see how great the over valuation of Qwest's stock price really is.
