I agree with what you say...PNCL is behind the game. Actually, Fujitsu came up with a new, small, Magneto optical 230MB drive for powerbooks recently (a few months back)...which does make it nice for portability as far as the disk itself goes. And I agree with the fact the HP is great on service (owning an HP Pavillion now). I had to call about minor things, and the service was outstanding. That's one thing PNCL lacks is the deep pockets to make this company work. You can't promise something and not deliver. It ruins your credibility. And as far as the PR department goes (if there is one), it's severely lacking.

What caught my eye was the sudden run-up in price and volume. I was just curious as to what was going on, and if it was just a minor assumption that the company was being taken over, then this minor run-up won't last more than a day or two. I though perhaps something major was happening.

I guess we'll have to wait and see on this one.
