My theory is and always has been, that you had a short position of over 3 million shares leading into the notes, so there are those who thought MRVC didn't have what it takes to succeed. They rode the stock down looking for a bankruptcy. As MRVC is coming up with new award winning products, money in the bank and some new philosophies. They are starting to cover. My post 14136 will give you the latest short figures. Benny
