Head fake for high-techs/intets?. . .even winners are only up small percentages. Microcaps, like XOMA, NCES and JMED are advancing.

MI still not open. . .GRRRRrrrrrrrr. I have zero shares here. . .not even those in our LONG portfolio. I don't like missing the good ones. . .especially the obvious ones like MI.
