Tony N E W S R E L E A S E Private Placement March 19, 1997 Consolidated Viscount Resources Ltd. (CVR-VSE) has negotiated a private placement consisting of 300,000 units at $1.65 per unit. Each unit will consist of one share and one warrant,expiring in March 1999. The warrant will have a two year life and will be exercisable at $1.65 in the first year and $1.90 in year two.
