Oriole Systems Launches E-Commerce Site

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--The Board of Directors of Oriole
Systems Inc. (OOL-VSE) announced today the planned launch of its
e-commerce web-site: Mymart.net. The launching of the site
mymart.net is scheduled for Monday, July 26, 1999. The
web site will feature merchandise from The Beijing International
Gem Trading Center, China (News Release, May 19, 1999). The
e-commerce site is being developed in collaboration between Oriole
and Succeed Technologies Ltd. of Hong Kong (News release June 10,
1999).

Mymart.net will showcase a selection of high quality consumer
products from Asia. Also featured will be exotic specialty items
such as carved jade, gold, ivory and other items from China.
Mymart.net will conduct reserve bid and Dutch auctions for unique
and limited edition items. These products are rarely available in
North America or anywhere in the world at less than retail prices.
All merchandise sold through the site will be fully warranted,
certified, and guaranteed by Mymart.net and local businesses.
Express couriers such as FedEx and UPS will provide deliveries,
facilitating worldwide shopping without the usual delays.

"Mymart.net combines the best features of an outlet mall with the
power and reach of the Internet." Says Frank Stama, CEO of
OrioleSystems.com. "We expect to be at the forefront of the rapid
rate of growth in e-commerce worldwide."

Mymart.net is currently hosting a 'construction content' website.
Oriole announced on May 19, 1999, a working pilot of the new Web
mall in 30 to 60 days and is currently ahead of schedule. After
July 4, 1999, the pilot will be open for 'window shopping' with an
introductory list of special gems from the Chinese market.

On June 23, 1999, Oriole announced the signing of memorandum of
understanding with Bangladesh Internet Mall Limited to provide a
full range of high quality, low-cost products from the Indian sub
continent to North America, Asia and the global marketplace via
the Internet.
