I thought the website was supposed to be officially opened in mid August, about 45 days. I would certainly expect a PR in mid-August at least. To do an IPO you need to attract visitors to your site and you need PRs to attract visitors.

I would not expect the actual IPO to occur before the snow flies. The SEC is very bogged down these days. It may be filed for before then, but not approved.

Nevertheless, an announcement by the company of their intentions and a continual improvement of the site would keep me happy in the interim.
