Planet City Announces Internet Gaming Division
SEDONA, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 28, 1999--Planet City Corp (OTCBB:PINC - news) is pleased to announce the creation of a new division for Internet Gaming. The first entry in this Division is Planet City Casino, which provides many of the popular Las Vegas style casino games.

Planet City Casino will provide both play-for-free and play-for-real options. Beginning Monday, June 28, the casino will begin its Beta test, and will be open to the public for free-play with the five games currently available. New games will be added periodically. The current games software is available for download from planetcitycasino.com. Free Installation CD ROMs are available upon request.

The Planet City Internet Gaming Division's goal is to provide future interactive single and multi-player game titles for this lucrative entertainment medium.
