Thanks, Rick. One of the things to remember with all the PCYC products is that they are juggling three dosage variables (product dose, light/radiation dose and time elapsed between them) instead of the normal one. This makes Phase I/II that much harder and slower, but also means that there is considerable room left for tweaking to get the best therapeutic index. Sounds to me that for the Lu-Tex family they will move to a longer elapsed time and a bigger light dose.

Results also look good to me at a first glance.
