Paul, Most Dell shares are held in street name. Many accounts tell their brokers not to send them all the material. Dell doesn't know who its shareholders are, what they hold or when they buy / sell. Not does it have their addresses. Nor does it do the mailings directly to those holding shares in street name. The issue, if there is one, may be with the broker; or to be more specific with the instructions given the broker by the account holder. FWIW, Ian
