I just received another "rapid response" from SSA. (You should really e-mail them if you have questions- very quick turnaround).

Jimmy Gayle does not need to draw a salary. He would rather keep the money in MRPS so the company can use it (since the company is rather new).

Secondly, the Russo Rossi arbitration is continuing with great vigor (and will prevail according to SSA). The shares in question were expensed as salary in 1997 and 1998. (1,400,000 shares at 1 or 2 cents each). When judgement is granted against them, they will have to replace the shares.

Sounds good to me.
