Barron's editorial is persistently and consistently anti-computer, anti-msft, anti-intc , last but not the least, it is anti-internet. Anyone who follows the commentator's line of thought will not invest in any internet stock, because they are overvalued since day one. I don't know if the $52/share offer for sale is a fact, however, it is against the fair value of market rule. Why would someone sell anything below the going rate; if the block of sale will depress the price, and it will, so be it. Let the market decide, msft will not sell at $52 simply because it anticipates that the price will drop to $52, or that it thinks the "Fair "value is $52. After all, no one can outsmart the market, no,not even Bill and co. |
