Mike; Well I don't understand it all but I don't have to understand it to see that the Junk Bond market looks really junky via the Navs of the funds taht play it. I remember not so long ago CNBC had a guest on their show hyping them , heck he was good and I was tempted to find me a junk bond dealer and put all my money in them.
