Any stock Van Damme was paid probably could not be sold. Now that he is a director it would be 144 stock and come with all sorts of restrictions on when he could sell it.

I realize you used poetic license and picked 16 million shares payment just to pick a number, but if that is all it was that potentially could be such an accretive deal to earnings that TC should do deals like that all day long!
