I got my share notice over the weekend and YES, I did see the rule 144 on it.
I would advise all shareholders to seek advise from their attorneys about this, I am told that this restriction is illegal for PM to do, but if you sign it and send it in, you are going to get "Rule 144" shares which will not be tradeable until PM decides they are.
