As an eBay seller, I've noticed that too. eBay definitely doesn't make as much from re-listing fees as they do if an item actually sells and they get their commission. BTW, just out of curiosity, do you think their new Gallery feature is worth using? In my opinion, it doesn't seem that worthwhile, because more people rely on their search engine to find items.
