(MTSN US) was rated ''buy'' in new coverage by analyst Theodore O'Neill at Needham & Co. The 6 to 12-month target price is $ 15 per share ++++++++++++ Unless there's new info in the body of the report, I'd now suspect a clerical error back at Needham. But I now share Phil's emotion.
